An Ad Tracker is a software program, usually web based, designed to track the effectiveness of your advertisements. The information collected can then be used by you to improve your ads and increase your sales and profits.

Most Ad trackers will keep track of the following for you:

  • Total Clicks on your ad or link
  • Unique Clicks ad or link
  • IP of the clicker
  • Date and time of the click
  • Number of Actions/Sales that ad generated
  • Conversion Rate
  • Ad Cost
  • Ad revenue generated
  • Profit or loss
